I started reading a book last week called “You can buy happiness (and it’s cheap too)” by Tammy Strobel. It’s a mixture of stories and a “how to” on living simply. I really can’t remember how I stumbled upon it, perhaps it was an amazon recommendation? Anyhoo, it’s really interesting.
Tammy and her husband, after a few years of downsizing and simplifying eventually decided they wanted to live in a tiny house. For them, that means 128 square feet of space. You read that right, it’s not a typo! For a lot of us, that’s roughly equivilent to our master bedroom or perhaps our living room. Nevermind getting our entire home to fit in that space.
While they are happily living an extreme that I can’t see myself doing – at least not now, there is a lot of useful tips and guidance in the book that I’d like to come back to… for now, I’d like to share some pictures of their tiny home to share with y’all. Hmm, actually I couldn’t find an interior shot that did it justice so a picture & a video on youtube will have to do :-)
